Return Policy

How do I return something to Accrete Lighting?

All items are guaranteed to be free from defects. We have a very liberal return policy which allows you to return any item for any reason. We only ask that you follow the simple guidelines listed below. 

You must email us  for a return authorization number prior to returning any merchandise.  A valid return authorization number must be on the shipping label or we will refuse the package.    Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit.  Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products.  Shipping charges cannot be refunded.  If items are not insured properly and get damaged or lost when returned, we cannot grant refunds.  In the event that we send you an item other than the one you ordered, DO NOT open the product or you will void your right to return it to us.  No product returns will be accepted after 30 days. 

Additional Return Information

·        No Unauthorized Returns Orders sent back without return Authorization Number clearly marked on the box will be refused.

·        No Returns After 30 Days

·        No shipping charges will be refunded.

·        No Returns on Opened Merchandise.

Damages

Any merchandise received damaged must be reported to Accrete Lighting within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipper for inspection of the box and contents. Please e-mail for instructions.
